Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences graduate by Universidade Estadual de Londrina ( UEL) with Specialization in Finance by PUC/PR, Corporate Governance by IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance), Accounting Consulting by UFPR, MBA in Controllership by FIPECAFI (FEA/USP), Specialist in Corporate Governance by IBGC. Visiting Professor in Accounting at ISAE/FGV.

President of Associação Comercial e Industrial de Londrina from 2000 and 2002, member of the advisory board and founder of SICOOB Norte PR and President of the Administration Advisory Board from 2007 and 2010 and, currently, President of Instituto Sicoob Unicoob and Director of the Brazil-Japan Chamber of Commerce in Paraná.

Responsible for a weekly program aired by Rádio CBN Londrina, a local radio station, on themes related to the corporate world. Executive with large experience in several industry and retail sectors, leader of a sales and marketing team in the whole national territory and abroad (Latin America, Africa, Middle East and Europe), and lecturer; Marketing Director of the Londrina Convention & Visitors Bureau (2009-2013) and participant of several innovation projects for the Brazilian Industry and Retail; MBA Professor at PUC/PR and Universidade Estadual de Londrina.
